1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver Pan India through our trusted courier partners.
Our goal is to make sure that customers across the country can enjoy authentic Southern flavors right at their doorstep.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details.
3. Pre-Order Products
For products available on pre-order, the dispatch and delivery timelines will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.
Please note that pre-order dispatch timelines may vary based on product availability and production schedules.
4. Delivery Timeline
Delivery time may vary based on your location and courier service availability.
Generally, delivery takes 3–7 working days after dispatch.
Remote or rural locations may require additional time.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping as part of promotional campaigns.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you can track it using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or SMS.

7. Delays & Exceptions
While we make every effort to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, courier delays, or natural events may cause delays.
In such cases, we will keep you informed and do our best to ensure prompt delivery.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order.
Southern Spices will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.
9. Undelivered Orders
If the delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery.
If the package remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
