1. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
All products are carefully packed and sealed to maintain freshness, hygiene, and quality — hence, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We understand that damages can sometimes occur during transit despite our best efforts.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at southernspices@gmail.com with the following details:
Your Order ID
Photographs or videos clearly showing the damaged or defective product
Unboxing video (recommended for quicker verification)
Once verified, we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund for the damaged item.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
In some cases, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount in your account.
Refunds are applicable only for verified cases of damage or incorrect products.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Packages refused or undelivered due to customer unavailability
Products opened, used, or tampered with after delivery
Complaints raised beyond 48 hours of product receipt
