At Southern Spices, we take great care in preparing, packaging, and shipping your orders to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
All products are carefully packed and sealed to maintain freshness, hygiene, and quality — hence, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

We understand that damages can sometimes occur during transit despite our best efforts.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at southernspices@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your Order ID

  • Photographs or videos clearly showing the damaged or defective product

  • Unboxing video (recommended for quicker verification)

Once verified, we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund for the damaged item.


3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.

  • In some cases, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount in your account.

  • Refunds are applicable only for verified cases of damage or incorrect products.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Packages refused or undelivered due to customer unavailability

  • Products opened, used, or tampered with after delivery

  • Complaints raised beyond 48 hours of product receipt
